Ugly Sofa Slipcover Giveaway!

UglySofa.com specializes in high-quality slipcovers from an extremely well-known company. I can’t openly reveal the identity of this “Company X” because Ugly Sofa has agreed not to compete with them, but if I speak in Pig Latin and tell you it might have something to do with Ottery-Pay Arn-Bay, would that be a sufficient hint to let you know the identity of this mystery entity? I thought so!

Slipcovers are a terrific way to completely change the look and feel of a space with a minimal time investment and at a fraction of the cost of new furniture. Slipcovers from UglySofa.com start for around $30, so for the cost of a trip through the drive-through and 15-20 minutes of your time, you can completely reinvent your living room!

The process of choosing your slipcover couldn’t be simpler. You begin by determining if your sofa has square cushions or T cushions, and then you choose the style that suits your fancy!


We purchased our current sofas right before Jack was born, and suffice it to say, the quality we could afford at that point wasn’t the best. After 6+ years of use, the chenille fabric has long lost its original softness and luster. Overall, the framework of the couches is fine, but they could certainly use a little face lift. I was thrilled to recently have the opportunity to see what slipcovers from UglySofa.com could do to spiff up these guys!

I chose the Loosefit Square Cushion Boxpleat Slipcovers in Natural Twill. Straight out of the package, I was truly impressed with the weight, look and feel of the cover fabric. It only took me about 15 minutes to fit the cover on my large sofa. What a difference! Admittedly, I should have been more patient and given everything a good pressing before I began, but I am sure a little bit of work with my steamer will do the trick!

    I would pick Loosefit T Cushion Boxpleat Slipcover Small Sofa in walnut ! I need one sooo badly. we just repainted and did new flooring in the browns and our blue hand me down sofa from great grandma looks SOOOO out of place now!

    I would pick the Separate Seat T Cushion Slipcover Large Sofa in walnut but I would nee a second one since my couch is a sectional. but the good news is they are on sale and I could easily purchase it without my hubby getting mad. It would make our living room look so much cleaner since our couch is at least 15 years old and has been through 3 families with kids. the arms have holes in it and the cushions are stained so it really needs a makeover or a grave to be buried in.

    I would love the T-cushion or drop cloth option for my “new” $24 sleeper sofa….its in great conditon, but looks like its from the mid-90′s.

    I like the large sofa separate T cushion slipcover in sage twill. Very pretty! And it would TOTALLY fix my poor couch that is living through a 3 year old, a 2 year old, and an infant… and all the damage that they do!

    O.M.G. My husband owned this EXACT loveseat and sofa when we met. I banished it upstairs to the bonus room and currently have cheap, green covers on them. I’d love to get the Loosefit Boxpleat in flax linen!
