I’m Jen from Tatertots and Jello<\/strong><\/a>. I’m kind of on a kick to make printables for the disposable containers you can buy at your grocery store. I made these printables for disposable cupcake containers<\/a>.<\/p>\n

And then I saw the mini loaf pans with plastic tops. I thought they would make perfect neighbor gifts for homemade bread.<\/p>\n

I made some yummy Cheesecake Pumpkin loaves<\/strong>. This is such a moist recipe – perfect for all kinds of people on your list.<\/p>\n

Here’s the recipe to make 4 mini loaves:<\/span><\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n

For the cheesecake batter:<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

10 ounces cream cheese, room temperature<\/span><\/p>\n

2 large eggs<\/span><\/p>\n

1\/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted<\/span><\/p>\n

1\/2 teaspoon maple extract<\/span><\/p>\n

For the pumpkin batter:<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1 cup dark brown sugar, packed<\/span><\/p>\n

2.5 large eggs <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

1 cup pumpkin pie mix<\/span><\/p>\n

2 1\/2 tablespoons canola oil<\/span><\/p>\n

1 1\/4 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/span><\/p>\n

1 1\/2 cups all-purpose flour<\/span><\/p>\n

1 1\/2 teaspoons baking powder<\/span><\/p>\n

1\/2 teaspoon baking soda<\/span><\/p>\n

1\/4 teaspoon salt<\/span><\/p>\n

1.5 teaspoon cinnamon<\/span><\/p>\n

1 teaspoon allspice<\/span><\/p>\n
