When, I think of summer, I think of lots of happy things.<\/div>\n
Fireworks and popsicles; swimming pools and parties to plan.<\/div>\n
I can hardly wait for summertime to finally pull up a chair and stay a while.<\/div>\n

Any good summer barbecue includes a yummy punch! <\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

One of the things I love most about summer is watermelon!\u00a0 The only problem is that in our house, our small family simply can’t eat an entire watermelon before its delicious fruit become damp and slimy.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
I do try to avoid wasting even a morsel of watermelon.\u00a0 So last summer, I started experimenting with recipes for watermelon drinks.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/a><\/a><\/div>\n
\u00a0This recipe is fresh and tasty–plus it helps solve the problem of what to do with excessive amounts of watermelon!\u00a0 After our family has munched on watermelon all week, we finish off our leftovers by making this watermelon lemonade.<\/div>\n

<\/a> And yes, I couldn’t resist dropping in a few chocolate chips so it looks like a real watermelon! <\/div>\n
