Allow the paint to dry completely.<\/p>\n<p>Apply 2 strips of the painter&#8217;s tape along the center portion of the frame, as shown. Shake off any excess glitter, and allow this layer to dry for 5-10 minutes. If you desire even more luster, you can repeat this same Mod Podge\/glitter process a second time to create an additional coat.&nbsp;Repeat the process above on the other end of the frame with the second&nbsp;glitter color.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.positivelysplendid.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Glittered-Halloween-Frame-2.jpg\"><img data-attachment-id=\"8632\"
