Rotel is a canned mixture of diced tomatoes and green chile. You could substitute diced tomatoes if you have that on hand, plus a small can of chiles or jalapenos. Thanks!

Hi Debbie in the UK! Rotel is a combination of diced tomatoes and chopped green chilies. It comes in mild or hot. If I don’t have Rotel in, I just open a can of chopped chilies and throw them in to taste.
