Saturday Seven (No. 17)

June 25, 2011 By Amy @ Positively Splendid

Good morning, everyone! And happy Saturday!

New to Positively Splendid? Each Saturday marks my Saturday Seven, a place where I share my seven favorite finds from the blogging community from the last seven days. Whether it be a project, a recipe, an event, or something else entirely, if I love it, you can count on finding it here!

So – let’s get right to it! I present to you (in no particular order) this week’s
Saturday Seven!

No. 1
Outdoor Candle Lanterns @ In My Own Style

This project was the product of upcycled tuna cans and some thrift-store glass hurricanes. Aren’t these fabulous?

No. 2
Nursery Reveal @ Frugal with a Flourish

Sweet Jess is due to deliver her new baby boy very soon, and just in time for his arrival, she’s revealed his new digs. This entire nursery makes my heart go pitter pat!

No. 3
Red, White and Blue Bustle Dress @ Heart Break Kids

As guest judge over at The CSI Project this week, I fell absolutely head over heels in LOVE with this little dress! Everything about it is sheer creative perfection!

No. 4
Summer Wreath @ Fireside Studio

Isn’t this gorgeous? What a terrific way to make a statement of welcome to guests all summer long!

No. 5
Reusable Sandwich Bags @ Craft Buds

With a hubby who takes lunch to work 4 days a week and three children who need lunch for kindergarten and/or preschool, I make a lot of sandwiches. I love the idea of making reusable, personalized sandwich caddies for each of them to eliminate waste in a stylish way!

No. 6
Citrus Coasters @ The Purl Bee

With bold, bright colors and a citrus motif, these little guys are right up my alley. What a fun idea!

No. 7
4th of July Flag Jello @ Sharon Johnson Photography

What child (or adult, for that matter!) wouldn’t be delighted to see one of these little guys on his or her plate? Such a creative, unique idea! And tasty, to boot. 🙂
