A salty/sweet combination is right my my alley, and Jessica from Sunny Tuesday is here today with a delicious idea to satisfy that craving. Take it away, Jessica!

Hello!  For me, October is all about Candy Corn!  I know some people don’t love it (buncha crazies!) but it is definitely in my Top 3 most awesome holiday candies of all time.  For sure.

Today, I’m sharing a super simple recipe for my Sweet & Salty Halloween Bark!  Candy barks are easy to make & fun to switch up for any season.  This recipe calls for just 3 ingredients and can be made in a snap!

You will need:
Candy Corn
Dry Roasted Peanuts
Chocolate Almond Bark
To start, line a cookie sheet with wax paper or freezer paper with the glossy side up.
Put your bark in a bowl and melt it in the microwave according to the directions on the package.  Mine called for 1.5 minutes, then 15-30 seconds until melted, stirring between.
Add in your peanuts and then mix in the candy corn.
Pour the mixture onto a cookie sheet, smooth it out and top it with a handful of peanuts and candy corn.
Let it cool until it is completely hard, then break it up into pieces.  If you need to take out a little aggression, you can slam the cookie sheet on the counter a few times.  Otherwise, just break it up with your hands. 🙂
A little sweet, a little salty and a whole lotta yum!
Happy Halloween!
