Dear Reader,

Did you know that you are an inherently creative person? Oh yes. You are!

What brought you here to Positively Splendid, whether you are visiting for the first time today (welcome!) or if you are a long-time reader (thank you from the bottom of my heart!), was probably an inkling about that creativity and a desire to put it into action.

It’s not hard to find creative inspiration these days. Pinterest. Blogs. Creative magazines. You name it. You might think that the creative ideas you see day after day are beyond your scope of creative ability. Rest assured of something, dear reader: They absolutely are not.

Have you ever experienced a feeling when see a project on Pinterest that you love, and you catch yourself thinking, even if only for a nano-second, “Hey, I could make that!”?

That is a spark of creativity, ready to ignite the embers of your creative potential. So even if you haven’t ever sewn a stitch, or frosted a cupcake, or wielded a hot glue gun, you are creative. I promise.

And here at PS, I am here to guide you every step of the way as you discover just how creative you truly are!

Positively Splendid is dedicated to a creative lifestyle, where heart and soul is poured into projects in a way that enables you to reach your creative potential.

You can decorate your home.

You can prepare a lovely meal to impress your family and friends.

You can make a handmade gift to bless someone special in your life.

Are you ready to get started exploring your creativity? Here’s what I would recommend to do next:

I am so excited to be on this journey together!
