December Daily – Day 5
We returned this year to Motley’s Tree Farm, the same place we visited last year to find our tree. It is such fun to go out and find the perfect tree, cut it, and take it home. And as an added bonus, the farm boasts pig racing, a petting zoo, and a fun little playground. Saturday was brisk and beautiful, with blue skies abounding. Jack and Charlotte were thrilled to be let loose to run among all of the trees, and Matt and I were more than happy to give them the opportunity! Cecily was happy to be snuggled in the baby Bjorn for the duration of the trip. I haven’t used that thing nearly enough. It is awfully handy!
