Saturday Shoutouts

It has been far too long since I last posted some of the projects that some of my favorite people in the world – my readers! – have sent my way recently. I can’t say enough how much it brightens my day to see the projects you create using my tutorials as inspiration. Keep sending them my way!

Jamie from Life as a Pepin sent me the photos of this wreath she created using my Calla Lily Wreath tutorial. She created this as a housewarming gift for a friend. Didn’t it turn out absolutely lovely? I adore the colors she used!

Positively Splendid reader Jennifer sent me these photos of Thanksgiving outfits she made for her girls. She used this tutorial for the Ruffled Turkey Tee, and for the skirts, she was able to upcycle a pair of her hubby’s old jeans (her own design). Color me impressed!

In case you’ve got an extra can of pumpkin in your pantry needing to be put to good use, Positively Splendid reader Lindsey has a terrific idea for you. Instead of Ooey Gooey Pumpkin Cake, try making Ooey Gooey Pumpkin Cupcakes! Divide the batter into lined muffin tins, and then adjust the baking time to 40 minutes. What a marvelous treat to take to upcoming Christmas parties!

Thank you so very much for reading!
