Home again, home again

October 5, 2010 By Amy @ Positively Splendid

In the last week and a half, the Bell clan has logged 1793 miles on a trek that took us through five states. Friends, I am bone tired! We had a lovely time vacationing with my in-laws at Edisto Beach, South Carolina (what a lovely reprieve from having to keep the house spotless!), but now that the family truckster is back parked in our garage, it’s time to get back to the business of getting this house sold. I hate that this insanely busy time is coinciding with what is, by far, my favorite time of the year for creativity! My blog is lonesome. šŸ™

I do hope you’ll bear with me during the next month or so while my posts are sparse, at best. With the move happening so quickly, there was no way to plan things out in advance to ensure there wasn’t a lull in content here at Positively Splendid.

I truly value my readers – each and every one of you – and I hope you’ll stay tuned for what is in store once things get settled again!

In the meantime, I hope you’ll check out the fun things afoot this week for the Celebrating Autumn Festival I mentioned last week! Yesterday, Myra at My Blessed Life shared an adorable fall leaf banner you can make with your kiddos, and today Deborah from Taste and Tell is sharing a recipe for pumpkin spice marshmallows. How delicious does that sound? And, to sweeten the deal, don’t forget the daily link-ups and the terrific giveaways being hosted at each place! What a celebration!Ā

Be blessed,

That is quite the trip! We moved from Alaska to Ohio 2 years ago and drove. 7000 miles. I thought I was going to die, lol. But it was a fun adventure.

I am looking forward to the fall posts this week!

Take your time, girl. Life happens and you have to be wife and mommy first. Your readers will still be here. Take care of yourself.
