There is nothing more classic than a yummy recipe for chocolate chip cookies, and if you are looking for a new recipe to add to your file, PS contributor Ann from On Sutton Place has you covered!

Chocolate Chip Cookies ~ On Sutton Place
Hey everyone…I’m so glad to be back here at PS! I brought with me today THE BEST chocolate chip cookie recipe.  By making the dough scoops bigger than normal, the cookies are soft inside and stay fresh for days. I use a 2 in. scoop to drop the cookies on the baking sheet. Scrape the scoop along the side of the bowl to level it off. Like this…

Let them set on the cookie sheet for about a minute when they come out of the oven. Here’s a little trick too…put the cookies out onto newspaper to cool. The newspaper sort of sucks some of the oil out. The cookies are crisp yet very moist.

I use a paper napkin to dry down the oil. It is cleaner and more presentable. Anyway, your chocolate chip cookie looks awesome. I’d like to try making some using your recipe. Great work.
