Sometimes it’s the small touches that can take an outfit from drab to fab. If you’re looking for an inexpensive way to add a touch of metallic glam to your wardrobe, this chain and ribbon bracelet is just the ticket! This is an easy craft project that can be made in 5 minutes (or less), and with just a handful of supplies and tools. Let’s get started!

This chain link and ribbon bracelet is so pretty, and it can be made in 5 minutes or less!

For this project, you will need…

  • 10-12 links of 1 1/8” silver large chain link trim (found in the sewing notions aisle)
  • 1.5-2 yards 1.5” gold satin ribbon
  • Shears
  • Fray Check

Directions:
1. Form a loop with the chain links. Thread the ribbon through the links and secure with a bow.
2. Trim ribbon ends to the desired length. Apply Fray Check to cut ends to seal.

Glamorous and fun, this project features the on-trend metallic hues that are so hot right now. Of course, you could also use a different color of ribbon for an entirely different look!

This chain link and ribbon bracelet is so pretty, and it can be made in 5 minutes or less!

I love this Amy! It would be such a sweet gift too! Also, I’m not a huge fan of readers giving me tips on my posts, lol, but that said . . . I have been using a lighter to just add a little heat to the ends of my ribbons, and it’s a super fast way to not fray.
