Product Review: Larabar

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of LÄRABAR for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I know my school-day morning routine probably sounds familiar to many of you: Up and at ’em before the kiddos emerge from their rooms. Get lunches packed. Breakfast made. Everyone dressed and out the door. It’s a constant race. And, about half the time my own breakfast is something I grab on my way out the door to devour while I’m sitting in the driver’s seat.

Enter LÄRABAR, an all-natural, wholesome and delicious bar I can enjoy even on the go.

When I was contacted to sample this product, I started to do a little research, and I was really pleased with what I discovered. With no added preservatives, fillers or colorings, these bars are authentically all-natural. LÄRABAR was recently featured on an episode of The Biggest Loser as a terrific snack option for those committed to healthy eating habits, and for good reason. Their ingredient list is only 2-9 items long, and everything listed is recognizable and easily pronounced! (I challenge you to take a look at your typical granola or cereal bar and see how many of the ingredients listed there sound like they belong in a laboratory instead of on your plate.) All bars are gluten free, kosher and non-GMO, and aside from 3 delicious flavors containing chocolate chips, these bars contain no added sugars or sweeteners, and are dairy free, soy free and vegan.

Phenomenal! My final task was to see if LÄRABAR could back up all of that up with a delicious product. I am happy to say that they did just that!

When a box of food arrives on the doorstep of this family of five, you can bet we all enjoyed our share of the goodies! The bars were a hit even with picky 5-, 3- and 1-year-old palates, with the Peanut Butter Cookie and Cherry Pie flavors being their top picks. My personal favorite was Carrot Cake, and my hubby has already claimed a few of the Cashew Cookie bars for his golf bag to enjoy when he makes the turn during is next rounds.

Such wholesome, real snack foods are a rarity in this age of overly processed foods that leave us feeling sluggish and less than satisfied. At a cost of $1-2 per bar, these bars are a true value. As an added value, for those interested in trying LÄRABAR, there is a coupon available through the company website for $1 off two bars. Don’t forget to get your LÄRABAR coupon to take advantage of this deal!
