Valentine Gift Boxes

January 30, 2012 By Amy @ Positively Splendid

With the Craft and Hobby Association show in full swing (I will be going – someday!), crafting companies are busy unveiling their latest, greatest products. Lifestyle Crafts is doing just that! I had the opportunity recently to get a sneak peek of some of the terrific dies from their new CHA release, and I have to say that this little hamburger box is one of my absolute favorite dies yet.

I love that this box can be dressed up to create an elegant vessel to hold a Valentine gift for someone special. Would you believe that stamped metal tag started its life as a Diet Coke can? Be sure to check out my post for how I use my Epic machine to create stamped metal tags from Coke cans!

Of course, with something as cute as a hamburger box, I had to come up with a diner-style use for this little gem. I found some sweet little gummy candies at Walgreens recently that were absolutely perfect for this purpose!

With a box full of burgers and French fries, all that’s missing is a tall chocolate shake! 🙂

Wanting to purchase these dies or any other product from the Lifestyle Crafts site? Receive 20% off when you enter the code SPLENDID at checkout.

Oh…and a little birdie told me that there *might* just be an “EPIC” giveaway coming up here tomorrow to help kick off this month’s Creative Carousel event. Be sure to stop by!!

Lifestyle Crafts provided me free product to review for this post. Rest assured I will only share products with my readers that I truly love, and all opinions offered in this post – as always – are expressly my own.

What an absolutely adorable box! These would be great for birthday parties and seeing as how my 4 and 5 year old kiddos like anything in a box these would be a perfect touch.

Oh my goodness—those fries and the burger in the box are too much cuteness! What a fun and creative idea. 🙂
